Function Features

• Customizable Alarm Settings: Users can set alarm thresholds according to specific machinery operation requirements. When monitored parameters exceed the set values, the module triggers alarm signals through relay outputs to promptly alert operators.
• Seamless System Integration: It can be perfectly integrated with 3500 series monitoring systems and 3300/46 proximitor systems. It also supports Modbus RTU communication protocol, enabling easy connection with existing industrial control systems and data acquisition software.
• Rugged and Durable Design: Withstands harsh industrial environments, featuring an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C and resistance to 95% non – condensing humidity. Its robust structure ensures a service life of more than 20 years under normal operating conditions.
• Convenient Operation and Maintenance: The front panel is equipped with LED indicators to show device status, channel status, and alarm information. It also has test buttons and address switches for rack configuration. A keylock for run/program mode allows both local and remote configuration.
• Arc Protection: Integrated arc suppressors for relay contacts to prevent arc damage and extend the service life of the relay.
