Installation & Maintenance
The card plugs onto the rear of the 3500/40M monitor; rising-clamp terminals accept 0.2 – 2.5 mm² field wires.
Front LEDs on the monitor indicate channel health, alarm status and OK state.
Probe gap voltage and signal amplitude are continuously monitored; alarms are generated for open or shorted cables.
Replacement takes <1 min; all rack parameters remain stored non-volatilely on every monitor, so no re-configuration is necessary.

Compatibility
Backward- and forward-compatible with every 3500/40M monitor main card (125680-01, 135489-01, 135489-02, 135489-03, 135489-04).
Supported by System 1 v6.5 onward and by third-party OPC UA, Modbus and DNP3 clients.
